Our recent experience with them has been very positive, a term which does not do justice to their level of excellent service.
In April 2019 we bid on a condominium on Tiera Verde, Florida and with the help of Rich and Karen we were successful in purchasing it. As with many real estate purchases there were a number of obstacles to overcome and without their help and guidance our successful purchase would not have happened.
As soon as we had the contract signed to purchase our new condominium, Rich and Karen listed the one we then owned. Within a week they had an open house for us, and within two weeks we had an offer which we ultimately accepted. Their help and support for the new buyers assured a successful sale for us.
Over the last few years the process of buying and selling real estate has become more and more complex. Without a competent Realtor, who has the depth of technical knowledge and exceptional human skills, wading through all the complexities of a purchase or sale can be a daunting task. Rich and Karen were with us on every detail that was needed even after our purchase was completed.
